Clinical Hypnotherapy Session A Clinical Hypnotherapy session lasts 60 minutes. During the first session, we will take your personal history, explain the therapeutic model, discuss your needs and goals, and create your personalised treatment plan. **Cognitive Behavioural Clinical Hypnotherapy** Cognitive Behavioural Clinical Hypnotherapy is a goal-oriented, short-term therapeutic approach. The usual duration is approximately 16 to 20 sessions, depending on the client’s individual needs and therapeutic goals. Sessions should take place at a regular frequency, ideally on a weekly basis, in order to support continuity and therapeutic progress. Throughout the therapeutic process, the client will be trained in self-hypnosis, relaxation techniques, and breathing exercises. The first 10 clinical hypnosis sessions will also be recorded and provided to the client as a therapeutic tool for personal use. **Appointment Time and Cancellation Policy** The agreed day and time of your session is reserved exclusively for you on an ongoing basis, according to the agreed frequency. In case of cancellation, and in order to avoid being charged, it is necessary to inform us in advance, by the time of your previous session. **In-Person Sessions** For in-person sessions at Hypnotherapy Clinic, in case of illness, preventive measures are required in order to reduce the risk of transmission, including the use of a face mask where necessary. For in-person appointments, please arrive at the clinic at the scheduled time of your session, so that the smooth running of all sessions can be maintained. Thank you very much.
