Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy (CBH)

What is Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy?
Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy , also known as CBH (Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy), is a therapeutic approach that combines elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with techniques of clinical hypnotherapy, relaxation, mental imagery and focused attention.
Its goal is to help the individual recognize how thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, and behaviors interact with each other, often creating vicious cycles of anxiety, fear, avoidance, or internal tension.
Within a safe therapeutic context, clinical hypnotherapy can be used as a way of deeper relaxation and inner concentration, so that the individual can process their thoughts more functionally, enhance self-regulation, and cultivate new ways of responding to their difficulties.
CBH is not a loss of control, sleep or stage hypnosis. The client remains conscious, actively participates and cooperates with the therapist throughout the process.
At Hypnotherapy Clinic, Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy is applied with respect for the rhythm and needs of each person, mainly in issues such as anxiety, stress, panic attacks, psychosomatic symptoms, chronic pain, phobias, self-esteem and difficulties related to inner security and emotional regulation.
