Our goal
With professionalism and empathy towards the patient , we develop your self-awareness and your ability to find solutions to your concerns.
Through systematic work with yourself, you will notice your mental strength, acceptance, and mental and physical relief returning .

How do we achieve our goal?
Within the safe framework of clinical hypnotherapy, we work with the deepest subconscious in a state of deep relaxation, changing established patterns of information, emotion, attention, and behavior with a direct impact on our everyday lives.
In the sessions we work on 2 levels of the mind, the conscious and the unconscious. On the conscious level by applying cognitive behavioral psychotherapy techniques and on the unconscious with clinical hypnosis, taking advantage of the increased neuroplasticity of our mind in this state, consolidating and strengthening the work with ourselves on the subconscious level.
Within the sessions you will receive personalized instructions on how to continue working with yourself outside of sessions.
You will receive the personalized recording of the hypnosis that took place during your session, so that you can work through hypnosis at home but and with self-observation exercises, changing your dysfunctional thoughts, as well as relaxation and anxiety and stress management techniques.
