In this group Online Clinical Hypnotherapy Session - 60' for experiencing safety in the body , regulating the nervous system and returning to a more grounded, inner center .
You will have the opportunity to experience a safe, calm and guided journey where you will learn to let your body relax and your mind rest .
The treatment doesn't end there... at the end of the meeting, all participants will receive the hypnosis recording so you can listen to it again and continue the relaxation experience in your own environment.
