First psychotherapy session for new clients, tailored to your needs.

The session lasts 50 minutes and is held in English. In your first session, we get to know each other, talk about your history and what brings you here, explain how we work, and create your therapeutic plan together. Our team works with the Integrative Model of Psychotherapy and Counselling, which draws on psychodynamic, person-centred and cognitive behavioural approaches and on attachment theory, as well as with the Systemic approach. When you first contact us, we will suggest the therapist and approach that suit you best. Good to know Please arrive exactly on time. If you are unwell, please contact us to switch to an online session.

Πολιτική Ακύρωσης

Your first session is prepaid at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment, your payment will be refunded or moved to a new date. For cancellations made later than that, or if you do not attend, the payment is non-refundable.
